Muktinath Darshan Yatra has its own significance both religiously and spiritually since this holy site is famous as the place of salvation and eternity for both Hindus and Buddhists. Muktinath Temple lies in the district of Mustang, situated about 18 kms northeast of Jomsom in the central part of Nepal at an altitude of about 3800 m from the sea level. In spite of its remote location, many visitors and travelers from all around the world, more of from South Asian countries, come each year to get relieved from all miseries and sorrows. Not just a holy temple to visit at, one can also have spectacular views of popular mountain ranges of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri through out the journey. It is believed that one should visit this temple after competing pilgrimage of four special religious sites, also called "Chardham Yatra", in India. There are two ways to get to Muktinath from either take a flight from Pokhara to Jomsom and from Jomsom to Muktinath or we can just trek all the way from Pokhara through Kali-Gandaki valley, which takes 7/8 days As well, if you wish to trek all along Kali gandaki valley from Pokhara to get to the Holy Muktinath Temple, please let us know. How to go to muktinath Temple
1. Whole tour for Muktinath by drive from Kathmandu to Muktinath and than lunching into another tour destination.
2. Flying from Kathmandu to Pokhara Airport then again flying upto Jomsom and walking or jeep drive till Muktinath Temple and than come back same way or we can start trekking from muktinath to pokhara.

Muktinath Tour Program

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, meet our representative at the airport and transfer to hotel. Short Briefing of your Tour. Check in to the Hotel. Rest for free Afternoon. In the evening, typical Nepali dinner with folk dance performances O/n at Hotel.

Day 02 Kathmandu - Pokhara (910m)

Drive to Pokhara via visit of Manokamana Devi temple by cable car. Arrival in Pokhara and transfer to the hotel. O/n at the hotel.

Day 03 Pokhara - Jomsom - Muktinath (3,817 m) - Jomsom
Fly to Jomsom. Arrival in Jomsom and drive to Muktinath by jeep (21 kms / 02 hrs drive). Pooja & Darshan of Muktinath and drive back to Jomsom and transfer to the hotel. O/n at the hotel.

Day 04 Jomsom - Pokhara
We take morning flight down to Pokhara takes 40mintues. Then Transfer to Hotel in Pokhara. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Pokhara. O/n Hotel.

Day 05 Pokhara - Kathmandu
Early morning 30 min drive to sarangkot for beautiful sunrise view including Mountain views. Back to the Hotel and time for Breakfast. After Breakfast Drive back to Kathamndu 5-6hrs drive. O/n Hotel

Day 06 Kathmandu
After Breakfast sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of Bagmati River. Cremation services take place on the banks of Bagmati River. Then proceed to the tour of The biggest of the Buddhist Stupa architecture. Erected in the 17th century and is believed to be a "must visit" pilgrimage site for Buddhist in their lifetime. Boudhanath area is densely inhabited by Tibetan refugees and carries the name as Little Tibet. Then after Sightseeing Tour of Bhaktapur City is just a 14 kms east of Kathmandu. Bhaktapur means the city of devotees and is a center of potter and intriguing masks. The major sight seeing places are, Durbar Square, of 55 windows, Nyatapola, Bhairavnath Temple, Dattatreya Temple etc. O/n at Hotel.

Day 07 Departure

Departure transfer to the airport.
